My journey in fitness and rehabilitation is rooted in a passion for helping people recover from injuries, enhance their mobility, and achieve peak performance. With a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University, specializing in Active Health and Rehabilitation, I combine a scientific foundation with hands-on expertise to deliver exceptional results for my clients.

Daniel as my trainer and after my initial assessment we sat down and discussed my goals and his recommendations. Daniel set up an exercise and nutrition plan and we got to work. Daniel is very dedicated to fitness, training and nutrition. I have also attended Facial Stretch Therapy sessions with Daniel to help with my chronic, neck, back and hip pain. The treatments were very effective at reducing my pain and improving my mobility. I can honestly say I have made big gains with my strength, energy and mobility training with Daniel.
